Weather Policy

All of our tours will run rain or shine. When it rains here it is still relatively warm and the rain can actually enhance your experience while you are in the rain forest during the rain. However, if the rain is so strong that it creates conditions that your guide deems it unsafe, we will cancel the tour and you can reschedule or receive a refund.

Cancellation Policy

At Jaco Canyoning, we are committed to providing you with an extraordinary experience that we guarantee the quality of our service. We value the relationship we have with each guest and want it to be mutually rewarding and last a lifetime. While some companies will fill tours with as many as 50 people at a time we tend to limit our groups to about 16. As you can imagine we do regularly turn people away as we fill up our tours.

Below are the guidelines if you must cancel your adventure:

Cancel before 72 hours of pickup:: Full Refund of purchase price.

Cancel before 48 hours of pickup: 80% Refund of purchase price

Cancel Between 25 and 72 hours of pickup: 50% Refund of purchase price.

Cancel before 24 hours of pickup: No Refund.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing full travel insurance to cover you for any cancellations, delays, medical bills, medical evacuation, loss/damage or theft of property, etc. If you choose not to get travel insurance Jaco Canyoning will not be liable or responsible for any costs, problems or events that happen before, during or after your stay with. Some Travel Insurance is included on certain Credit Cards so its worth checking to see if your already covered by your Credit Card.
